Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Tax Preparation Services

Because tax preparation is a professional service, all fees are non‑refundable. Once services have been rendered — including document review, consultation, data entry, or preparation work — the fee is considered earned.

2. Accuracy Guarantee
We stand behind the accuracy of our work.
If an error is made by SKD Marketing Tax Services, we will correct the return at no additional charge.

 

3. Client Responsibility
Refunds are not issued for:
•     Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
•     IRS or state processing delays
•     Changes in tax laws or IRS determinations
•     Refund amounts that differ from client expectations

4. Payments for Additional Services
Fees for additional services (amendments, audit support, bookkeeping, consulting, etc.) are separate and non‑refundable.

5. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can review and address your concern promptly.
